Jerningham, Ngahauranga, Clyde Quay mark, Jemingham, and back to starting-line. The third-class course will lie from Clvde Quay Wharf, Jerningham Pipitea, Clyde Quay mark, Jerninghaml and starting-line. Tho winner of tho first-class will hold the Winder Cup for the ensuing vcar. This fact lends particular importance to this series of points races, and very keen interest is being shown in the result. Tho entries for .the first-class are Waitangi, Marangi, Uona. Ailsa. Wairere 11, Wanderer, Atnlnnta .and Viola. The entries in tho second-class are: Galatea, Wylo, lolanthc. Lizzie. Windward. For third-class: Warehou and Muritai nro entered.
