The ngc limits prescribed by Regulations are twenty-one to thirty years. Candidates who have not attained the age of twenty-one years will bo accepted provided they otherwise comply with the. standard requirements, or are likely to fulfil them by the time tihey attain twenty-quo years of ago or within a reasonable time, j afterwards. The standard of education is Standard V, but in the ease of candidates under twentyfive years of age a lower certificate will be accepted.
