London, February 23. At the National Sporting Club, in tho bantam championship for the Lonsdale Belt. Jim Higgins, of Glasgow, beat Harold Jones, of Ferndale. The referee stopped tho fight in the thirteenth round, in which Jones was twice floored. London, February 24. Victor M'Lnglen beat Frank Bay, of ' Newcastle, in a fifteen-round contest at tho National Sporting Club. M'Lagleu heavily punished his smaller opponent, and tho referee stopped tlio fight in tho tenth round.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
