MARINE ENGINEERS RESUMING
IDLE VESSELS TO BE MANNED

It is anticipated that nil the idle ships will be manned to-morrow morning. The Arbitration Court discharged a ride nisi calling on tho marine engineers to show i.ause against deregistratiou.— Press Aasn. SEAMEN GRANTEP~ACCESS TO SHIPS THE ACCOMMODATION QUESTION. (Rec. Februar? 25, 10.10 p.m.) Sydney, February 20. The inter-State shipowners have'decided to grant the seamen access to the wharves and ships in search of work, removing the main obstacle to the resumption of work. The union is awaiting the same concession from th? coastal miners. There now only remains the question of accommodation. Most of tho ships having complied with the provisions of the Act there is no fear of a serious hold-up. —Press Assn. .
