SATISFACTION OF ZIONIST CLAIMS. London, February 12. Tho first conference of the Executive Council of the Zionist organisation since the war lias opened. Nearly every country in the world is represented. Dr. Weitzinann (President) said the question of the establishment of a Jewish national home would shortly be discussed at the Peace Conference. He had been assured of a settlement that would satisfy the Zionist claims. It would embody the allocation of Palestine, to remain under a mandate to maintain and develop it into a Jewish national home. Palestine at present was economically stagnant, owinsr to tho delay in disposing of the Turkish Peace Treaty—Renter.
