Damnce estimated at ,£20,000 has been caused bv fire at the Royal Hotel, Plymouth. The outbreak occurred vn tho sfoVk rooms, which contained several thousand pounds' worth of travellers' samples. The flames spread to tho first floor and tho restaurant, destroyed ft large part of the flooring, and burnt through the hotel, which was full of guests, but tho bedrooms were ncvor in dancer. Some of the visitors ran into the street in their night attire.
