FRANCE WILL INSIST
EXECUTION OF PEACE TREATY •GERMAN EVASIONS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED (By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright (Pec. February 7, 1.2.5 a.m.) Paris, February 5. The Premier, XI. Xl'illernnd, in an important statement to the Foreign Affairs Committee, declared that Fran-ie intended lo insist on the execution of '.he Peace Treaty with all the means in her power, and slid possessed a sufficiency of arms for this purpose. Germany was delivering oulv ;iOO,OOO tons of coal monthly, instead of I.IioO.CCO tons. Moreover, she was evading tho Treaty in other ways. He also stated that tho Government favoured Ihe occupation of further German territory unless the' Germans carred out the'deliveries of coal as stipulated in the Treaty.'-Aus.-N.ii. Cable Assn.
