4 . ANNUAL MEETING. The fifth annual meeting of the Wellington Harmonic Society was held last night. Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P., president of tho society, presiding. R, Bennett; lion, librarian, Mr. W„ ,T. Blake;'lion, auditor, Mr. C. .T. Ellison; committee members, Mrs. Johnson. Mrs. Clarke, Messrs. Paterson and Coventry. A hearlv vole of thanks to tho retiring officers and lo the chairman was carried bv acclamation.
