LORD JELLICOE'S RETURN
ADVICE REQUIRED IN ENGLAND. London, February 3. Admiral Viscount .Tellicoo has arrived back in England. The homeward journey was exnedited, it is now explained, because the" Admiralty desired Viscount .Tellicoe's advice in the framing of tho Naval Estimates. On landing at Portsmouth he had a warm welcome. The Victory's guns fired tho Admiral's salute. I.nrtl .Tellicoo has proceeded to the Isle of Wight.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
