THE PEACE OFFER TO POLAND

The whole Note is calculated to make refusal impossible, in order to pave the way to Lenin's cherished idea of a peaceful Bolshevik penetration of Europe. —"Times." Moscow, February 3. A meeting of the Central Executive of the Soviets has confirmed the abolition of the death penalty. It also decided to issue a special manifesto to the workers of Poland.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
