4- : THE DANGERS OF BOLSHEVISM. ' London, January 29.' The -Rumanian Premier, in an interview, said tho'Rumanians desired to remain in tlio closest contact jritli' tho Allies. Regarding the dangers of Bolshevism, he declared: "To my knowledge, they are preparing for a campaign in the spring, with a well-organ-ised army trained by German officers. Rumania will bo most watchful, mid will take all defensive measures." Ho had, he said, communicated* with tho Supreme Council in regard' to the Allies establishing a "sanitary cordon" from the Baltic to tlio Black Sea .to preveut tlio spread of 'disease—Renter.
