RATES 01? EXCHANGE. A meeting of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce was held yesterday. The Cuslonis Do however, has changed its decision, and in the New Zealand Gazette of January 23, there appears a notice that duty is to b® assessed at tho nominal rate of 4.8G <lollaAles3rs. A. P. Koberts. W. T. Martin, S. Ivirkcaldie, and W. B. Lees were appointed the chamber's representatives at the conference of the Association, of NewZealand' Chambers of Commerce, to bo' held on March 4 and 5. '
