Th? .criminal sessions of tho Supremo Court will begin on Monday morning, when the following will be placed on trial on the charges strted:— John Cairns Laverock, bigamy and false statement. Mary Ellen Wollind, bigamy. Frederick K. Simniio, false pretences. Martin M'Donngh, assault causing actual bodily harm.
lienet Barker Williams, manslaughter. Ava Alley and Gertrude Martin, con : spiring to procure abortion. ?>' Doming Carlos, assault causing bodilyharm and using obscene language.
James Reynolds Hayne and Norman Neylon, unlawfully 'ising an instrument to procure abortion. George Newman, theft. Ernest Miles and John Millanta, theft. John Fearon, nwnsUugliter.
Howard Harold Armstrong, breaking anil entering and theft (two charges), and vagrancy. Herbert. Fletcher, indecent assault on a m'rl eight years of age. William Cornelius Bennett, theft from the person. It is probable that there will be some additions to the list.
