A. young man, Archibald O'Connor, was charged in the Magistrate's Court to-day with being concerned in • the smashing of windows on the occasion of the Rev. Howard Elliott's meeting on October. 20 last. The accused pleaded not guilty, nnd reserved his defence. He was committed for trial, an<J was granted bail.
