RETREAT OF DENIKIN'S FORCES London, January 24. The British Military Mission in Russia, in a report dated January 22, states that tlie retreat of the eastern half of Denikin's front continues. A Moscow wireless-message states that a Soviet authority has been established in Irkutsk'; consisting of Communists, lo whom the insurgents have handed over Kolchak and several of his Ministers, all of whom have been imprisoned.
