The ".Morning Post's" Berlin correspondent reports that the German newspapers are publishing the ex-Kaiser's letter to Prince Furstenbtirg, in ,vhich Wilhclm states that he n«> longer wishes to return to Germany, where everybody, oven von Bethmann-llollweg, von Ludendorff, and von Tirpitz had duped and abandoned him. He adds: "I suffer much in health. The pains in the right leg and arm have returned. I suffer still moro owing to the uncertain future and what is going to happen.
