— e OFFER BY MILLOWNERS. Bombay, January 24. The millowners have announced that ,thej- are prepared to grant the strikers a reduction of the working day from twelve to ten liours, and to increase the pay by 20 toUfl per cent., and give compensation in case of disablement or death. —Renter.
