FOUND DEAD IN BED
On January 10 a woman riving tho name of .Mrs. Green engaged a room from Mrs. Cf. Uren, at 70 Abel Smith Street, and yesterday morning,. about 8.30 o'clock, Airs. Green was found dead in bed. Mrs. Uren saw her guest about 7.30 a.m., when she camp downstairs, and an hour later Mrs. Uren took her a cup of tea, but on knocking at her door there was no response. Jlrs. Uren then discovered that the woman was dead. Mrs. Green, who is described as between 50 and CO years of age, and of slight build, had not complained of being ill. A box of asthma ponder was found in he.r room. The body was removed to the morgue, and it is probable that the inouest will be bold this afternoon. Tho identity of the woman is not known, and the police have been endeavouring to have this fixed.
