GREAT DECLINE IN VALUE OF GERMAN MARK. (Roc. January 22, 9.25 p.m.)' London, January 19. The foreign exchange rates on London are quoted:—Paris, 42.85 francs to i£l; Stockholm, 17.82 kroner; Christiania, 19.H kroner; Calcutta, 28d. to rupee; Montreal, 4.2 dollars to JEI; New York, 3.691 dollars. Tho German mark continues to decline, tho present exchango rate being 217 to the ill.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
