James Foy, solicitor, met with a serious accident yesterday afternoon which terminated fatally. It appears that ho was driving a hayrake on a farm where ho was on holiday, when the horse jihied through eomo liny falling, and boiled. The boy's injuries were so severe that they necessitated his removal to the Hawera Hospital, where he died soon after admission. .
