FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for freshening north to eaat winds, weather (lull and misty, ruin probablo generally, and heavy about Cook Strait. Barometer falling everywhere. Little change has taken place in atmospheric pressure, and the winds have ieen moderate and variable.
