NO GERMAN INVASION
BRITAIN TAKING PREVENTIVE STEPS London, January 12. The Government is taking steps to prevent a' German invasion of Britain, following on tho ratification of the Treaty and the resumption of diplomatic relations. No German will be allowed to land by sea or air without, tho Home Secretary's permission, which will be granted only on special grounds and must bo renewed every three months.
