Sir,— I Tho manager o£ tlio Grand Opera Company, in his reply to my letter of January 11, rather avoids the point which I raised, nor docs lie attempt to deny my necusation, i.e., of taking advantage of patrons during a, rush. I quite agree with him that "first come should be first served," but if, us lio says, "the available number ol' back stall tickets wero sold during tile day sale then one would naturally expect to gel the seats at the back of those again lor tho prico as advertised, and not for 7s.
