FLOODS AT HOKITIKA
By Tslcerarli-l'rcjs Association. Hokitika, January 12. Following heavy, warm rain on Saturday night, extremely heavy floods were experienced on Sunday in Hokitika. The river was in record flood, and some damage was done to culverts and small bridges in South Westland. Flood damage was done in the Wanganui district.
