AT t P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, equally at times, and cold, changeable weather generally, with showers in many parts. Baromoter rise everywhere. A wcstorly disturbance ruled during the week-end, and westerly winds, strong to gale, prevailed, backing to southcrlies, since Sunday evening. The weather has beon unsettled, with rain • generally, and boisterous conditions were experienced on Sunday, especially in and southward of Cook Strait.
