SHIPMENT OF PETROLEUM
i Thn amended regulations as to the shipment and landing of petroleum published in the Gazette are as follow-.—l. It shall be an offence to ship petroleum on any vessel unless such petroleum is contained in sound tins or other receptacles that are so constructed and mado of malerial sufficiently thick and strong as to prevent any leakage. 2. It shall be an offence to ship petroleum in tins or other receptacles from which there is any 'cakage whilst, such petroleum is bvi'hg shipped on or unshipped from aiy vessel or is beiag carried on any vessel. ; 3. Every person who commits a breach ot I these rcgulalii'iis shall be liable to a fine not exceeding .£IOO. I :
