INTERNATIONAL BOARD PROPOSAL SUPPORTED.

It was decided to support the, establishment of an international board of control, and to agree to the appointment of Mr. W. W. Hill, of Sydney, as central secretary. The alterations to the laws of the game were not approved, this course -being taken in order that Hip matter might bo hold in abayanco pending the formation of Ihe international board of-con-trol. It was decided to urge the New Zealand Union to invito South Africa to send a team to tour the Dominion this vpa r.
