WAR-TIME PROHIBITION
DECIDED TO BE CONSTITUTIONAL. (Reo. January 7, 1.20 a.m.) Washington, January 5. Tho Supreme Court has decided that the Volstead Act, which enforces wartime prohibition, is constitutional, and bevorages containing half per cent, or more of alcohol are intoxicating, and thus cannot be sold.—Aus.-N.Z.
