NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a Special Meeting of t.ho Wellington City Council, held on the 18th day of DECEMBER, 1919, the following resolution was passed;— That the Wellington City Council, pursuant to the provisions of "The. That a Special Loan of .C 30.000 (to bo known ns the Wellington City, Melrose, WadPttown. and Northland Districts Drainage Loan, 1919), be. raised by the Wellington City Council, for the following purposes:— (a) The. provision of a system of drainage for the Melrose District and for the Wadestown and Northland Districts. (b) For recouping all moneys expended prior to "tho raising of this loan bv the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellineton for tho said purposes other than moneys produced by the special loan 'of one hundred thousand pounds mentioned in the Wellington City Empowering Act, 1908, Amendment Act, 1915. 2.
