His will was made on a. pieco of ledger paper in liiß own hand, but he named ;io executor, and letters <\f administration with tho will annexed have been granted to the widow, to whom the lestator left all his property, stating that he left it "to her superior wisdom and judgment" to (real fairly with his children, but strongly advising her to (,'ivo a double portion to a daughter, "who is not able to battle with the deception found daily with many we come into contact with in our daily walk in life." ITo added that lie wroto this, as "I do not know v. hat a day may bring forth."
