ELECTION RESULTS IN DEADLOCK. (Eec. December 30, 9.15 p.m.) Sydney, December 30. The third attempt to elect a Lord Mayor resulted in a deadlock, the candulates. Aldermen Richards and Lambert, receiving 13 votes each. It is expected that the Cabinet will meet and moke an appointment.—Press Assn,
