THE VICTORY CARNIVAL. The executive of tlio Lyall Bay Victory Gala and Confetti Carnival, with a largo number of helpers, organised in various sub-committees, has completed its arrangements for the holding of the three days' big event ou the beach. Tho programme is largo and comprehensive, including events of all kinds associated with the entertainment 'of the publio on a 1 grand scale throughout the day and evening.
