The Government Meteorologist's forecast issued last evening states that dull, mislv weather and rain are probable in tho northern and East Coast portions of the North Island, and warm, hazy conditions generally, with cloudiness increasing and scattered rain. following The barometer is unsteady with a falling tendency soon.
