That a Special I,can of £30.000 (to be known as the Wellington City, Melrose, Wadeatown. and Northland Districts Drainage Loan, 1919), be raised by the Wellington City Council, for the following purposes:— (a) Tho provision of a, 6ystem of drainage for the Melrose District and for tihe Wadestown and Northland Districts. (b) For recouping all moneys expended prior to "the raising' of this loan by. tho Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington for tho said purposes other than moneys producp.d by the special loan of one. hundred thousand pounds mentioned in the Wellington City Empowering Act, 190S, Amendment Act, 1915. 2.
