Auckland, December 23. A motor-car, occupied by Mr. G. A. Smith, inspector for the Mutual . Life Office, his wife, daughter, and two nieces, capsized on Brown's Bay Road last nHit. Mr. Smith's jaw was fractured 111 t,\vo places, and he received other severe injuries Mrs. Smith received a double fracture of the collarbone and concussion and Miss Smith slHit: concussion.
