DEFENCE STAFF APPOINTMENTS
Sir.-ttn m >' opinion it certainly does not seem fair to put thcso Duntroon cadets into staff appointments when thero are so many war experienced men available. .Many a New Zealand-torn officer who has served with the Homo forces and-New Zealand forces is without a jol>, and many of them aro married men with children. Surely for the next three yea is at least they aro entitled to all the staff appointments available. I think the training of cadets at Duntroon should be stopped for the present. Let us bo true to those who earned recognition and give all jobs to ox-scr-vice officers, especially those with any physical disabilities due to war service. —I am, etc., CONSISTENT.
