<V meeting of tlie I'ailn Cemetery Board was held at T-mvcr Unit yesterday aflernoon. There were present Messrs. Welch (in the chnir), Jiiml, Kniiiht and Pcmberton. The chairman welcomed Mr. J'cniberton, who had just been appointed to the beard. Tim., balance-sheet showed receipts to be .C2GB 13s. 3d. am? expenditure .C 212 17s. Gil., leaving a balance of £r> I.H 3d. Tlic rwißmitioii of Mr. John AVnkoham was received. Mr. Wiihdvmi is leaving the district: Tho .Hull: Cnunlv Council wrote appointing; Mr. V. I'oinherton, of Tailn, to the (wane's, caused by Mr. Wnkchnm's resignation. A vote of thanks was pawed to Messrs T. Wiiiirli nwl J. M'Millan for trees and plants donated to the cemetery.
