B.M.S. NIAGARA. The Royal mail stoamer Niagara arrived at Auckland from , Vancouver, via forts on Thursday morning. , Shu left Vancouver on November 29, and experienced fine weather on the trip. Her passenger list was an exceptionally heavy one, totalling 733. Of that number 360 landted at Auckland, the remainder being through passengers to Sydney. Ker cargo for Auckland totals nearly 3000 tone, consisting of 9000 oases of apples, a large quantity ol canned salmon, paper, and general cargo. The vessel will next leave Auckland for Vancouver on January 6. THE PAKEHA. To continue 'loading, the Shaw-Savill steamer Pakeha left Napier for Whangarei on Saturday evening. WAIKAWA REPORTED. The Union Company's new steamer Waikawa arrived at Puget Sound on December 15 from London. The vessel, which is on her- mniden trip, is to load at Vancouver and uan Francisco for Wellington and Australian ports. RARANGA FOR' HOME. The Shaw-Sovill steamer Raranga is scheduled to leave Wellington at 5 p.m. to-morrow for London, via Panama. KUAIIINE LEAVES HOB ART. Tho New .Zealand Shipping Company have been advised that the Kunhirjp left ■Ifobart at 1 p.m. or. Friday for Auckland, where alio is duo at daybreak on' Christmas morning. The vessel is expected to arrive at Wellington about January 3. MAHANA FOR LOADING. The Shaw-Savill cteamer Mahana left Wellington "yesterday for Gisborne fnr loading. She is due back on .December 29, and will sail finally on January' 6 TIIFi EAST COAST RUN. The Monowai arrived at Wellington yesterday from Auckland' dircct. She will enter the ferry service to-night sailing at 7 o'clock.
