Mr. Singer, for the accused, asked foi 1-ail. He said Brasier was .inlerienns with one of the accuse, men in Hie bedroom, and the man called to his mate for assistance. There was a .struggle in he dark/with the result that Brasier was knocked down. The injury which caused death was caused by ha fa ling. The Magistrate said he had ordered a post-mortem examination in order to get evidence on this point. Meantime he would not allow bail.
