RIOTS IN THE WEST INDIES
i A SERIOUS OUTBREAK. London, December 13. The riots i ; n the West Indies were worst at Trinidad. The black mobs incited the American.negroes and over-ran the Government offices. The police,shot ■ the ringleaders. Tho ci-uiser Calcutta , landed marines, who are standing by. Order has been restored.—"The 'rimes."
