HARBOUR BOARD
Tho meeting of the Harbour Board called for 2.15 p.m. yesterday had to be adiourned for want of a quorum. The chairman (Mr. J. G. Harkness) said that there was no chance of getting a quorum in the evening, as three members who were present would be away in tho evening, and even if their places wero taken bv three of tho country members the position would not bo altered. • The meeting was accordingly adjourned until Friday evening. '
