The Shaw-Savill liner Otira, which left Napier on September 17 for Hull, where she arrived on November 5, haß, according to a cable message from London dated November 11, been in collision with two steamers in tho Thames.- The vessel was considerably damaged above tho water line on the starboard side, a\jd she subsequently went ashore in the mud near Crayfordness.
