PHYSICAL TNSTIU.X'TOIt TO BE Ii.fiINSTATED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, December 12. The Teachers' Court of Appeal concluded tho hearing to-day of the appeal of W. Lloyd Phillips against his dismissal from the jxisit'on of instructor in physical training at the Otago Hoys' anil Girls' High Schools. The board gave as it reason that it desired to reorganise the training scheme, with special regard lo modern development". At the conclusion of the evidence the chairman, Mr. Widdowfon, S.M., said the Court was of opinion that the appeai should !>e allowed 011 the ground, thai the appellant's dismissal was wrongful, having regard to section 151 of Die Aci, and ordered that he be reinslalld. Tho bjard was ordered to pay costs .£8 Bs.
