FORECAST ANDS UMMARY / AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications arc for moderato to strong and increasing westerly winds, with a southerly tendency. Cloudy to overcast conditions may be expected generally, with raiu in parts, especially in districts with a westerly aspect. Barometer unsteady. Atmospheric pressure has decreased slowly in the Bouth, and modorato to strong southerlice and westerly winds have predominated.
