UPPER HUTT COURT
Tim monthly sitting of the Upper Hutt Magistrate's Court was held yesterday, Mr. E. Page, S.M., presiding. Judgment for plaintiff was given by default in the undefended case A. and W. Keys v. Henry Bolton, for JEIO 10s., costs 31s. Gd. For permitting l stock to wander on the public roads, C. Pritchard was fined 10s., Willi costs 75., and W. Tiohncr, .T. Judge, and V. Tunzelman were each fined 55., with costs 7s. Thomas Elisor, charged with failing lo send a child to school, Avns fined 10s., with costs 7s. Mrs. M. Moore sued Alfred Soutnee for r-ir, for tresiiass. After hearing evidence His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for .£lO, with costs .Eli is. Sd. Five pounds was paid into Court. . Mr. Mazengarb appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. G. W. Mc-liMi for defendant.
