Also thai both mu.sl continue to live for I lie term of Ihe lease, and as 0110 had not. the defendant therefore was freed from the agreement. The defence also alleged that Uaversack was unlit at the time of and prior to (he lease. The heaving of evidence was concluded when tho Court adjourned.
