Dnrometer fall further in the far north, but rising eliowhere. A westerly low pressure area culminated during the and strong west and Bouth-woflt winds have prevailed. Rain hae fallen in Westland and Otaeo, mid hits been roported to-day along the Eaet Oouet of the South Island.
