SUEZ CANAL DUES
REDUCTION ON SHIPS IN BALLAST, ' London, December 1. It is officially announced that' Sues Cnual (lues on ballasted ships will bo reduced six francs on March 1, restoring the pre-war concession of two francs sixty centimes. The dues on loaded ehips, will remain at eight francs fifty centimes.-* "Tho Times."
