MATTHEWS AT VIENNA
EXPECTS TO OVERTAKE ROSSSMITH.
London, DeccmVir 3. Captain Matthews has arrived at Vienna (not London as previously cabled), and hopes wion to start for Belgrade. He states that bad weather and lack of petrol wer-> responsible for his delay.— Aus.-N.7i. Cable Assn.
London, December 1. Captain Matthews says that he expects with luck to overtake Ross-'Sinith. He believes that the. route via Cologne, Vienna, and Delgmde will scon be regarded as the best to the Near East — "The Times."
