The. following officers were- elected:— Patron, Captain E. D. Bell; president, Colonel C. J. Cooper; club captain, Mr. J. Alexander; deputy-captain, Mr. G. A. Fiebig; secretary, Mr. C- A. Hankins; treasurer, Sir. L. E. Judd; committee, Messrs. C. Kellett, 'If. May, A. Hayes, S. R. Murray, and G. A. Fiebig. It was resolved that Messrs. E. Henderson, B. Piper, W. D. Wilson, and Dal ton bo added to the committco to form i\ social committee, with power to add to tiheir number. Tho social committee were also to elect their own secretary.

It was recommended that the committee be asked to immediately look into the matter of providing light pleasureboats.
